for everyone.
Arkelo wants everyone to be able to use our website — including with a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or low vision.
Scope
This statement covers the public website at www.arkelo.dk in Danish and English. It does not cover the client portal behind the login.
Compliance status
We consider the website to conform to WCAG 2.1 level AA (EN 301 549). This assessment is based on our own testing, described below. The website has not yet been assessed by an independent party.
How we tested
- Automated testing with axe-core of every page against WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 A and AA, in light and dark mode on phone and desktop. The test runs on every update.
- Keyboard-only use: every link, button and form field can be reached, and focus is always visible.
- Display at 320 pixels wide without horizontal scrolling and without cut-off text.
- Contrast between text and background of at least 4.5:1 for normal text.
- Respect for the operating system's "reduce motion" setting.
Known limitations
- The case studies show screenshots of other solutions. The images have text descriptions, but the text inside the images cannot be read aloud or enlarged like normal text.
- The pages about projects, case studies, solutions and prices, how we work, About Arkelo and the privacy policy are only available in Danish.
